Do you offer free delivery?
Free UK Delivery is available on all artworks over £700!
We are pleased to be able to offer Free UK Delivery on the majority of our items, but a few exclusions do apply.
Free UK Delivery is not available for:
- Any discounted/sale items
- Use in conjunction with any other offer
- Artworks where additional costs apply (eg changing a frame)
When will my order be dispatched/arrive?
Our artworks come from lots of different places (direct from the gallery, independent suppliers, framing workshops etc) so delivery times will vary depending on the content of your order. In general, we use a specialist art courier service which may mean items take a little longer to arrive, but it is worth it to ensure the safety of your artworks.
Artworks in stock at the gallery: Dispatched within 2-7 days / Delivered within 7 days of dispatch
Sculptures in stock at the gallery: Dispatched within 2-4 days / Delivered within 2 days of dispatch
For items which aren’t currently in stock at the gallery, the time frame will depend on the source of the artwork. Most items would be expected to be ready for dispatch within 2-3 weeks, but this could be longer, so please get in touch with the gallery directly to enquire about a specific artwork.
How much does delivery cost?
Our standard delivery charge is £100, which in the majority of cases will use a specialist art courier service to keep all artworks as safe as possible during transit.
Do you deliver abroad?
We frequently deliver artworks all over the world – please get in touch with us on 0121 704 9248 or email info@efagallery.co.uk for a custom quote based on the artwork and delivery destination.
My artwork is on back order, how long will it take to dispatch/arrive?
For items on back order which aren’t held in stock at the gallery, we generally expect most pieces to be ready for dispatch within 2/3 weeks. However, this could be longer depending on the artwork in question and where it is being produced, so please get in touch with us directly to discuss specific items.
Can I have my artwork installed?
We can offer home installation of your artworks as an optional extra – please get in touch with the gallery on 0121 704 9248 or email info@efagallery.co.uk for more information on this and to obtain a custom quote for the service.
I need my order quickly for a special occasion, can you help?

Will my order be safe during transit?
We take great care and time to package your order to the highest of standards, and we only use courier services that we are confident in to deliver our artworks safe and sound across the country.
